  • Can we encroach public property by building temples or mosques on it???

Supreme court said that vadodara muncipal corporation could not widen the road because there is a dargah out there.

The same court didnt care for thousands of ppl getting affected by increase in the height of narmada dam. It decided that they can be rehabilitated in 3months but the progress on the work should go on...

Lots of offices and houses in delhi was razed to ground because they were called illegal by the same muncipal authorities who took bribe and let them got constructed in the first place... The supreme court didnt stop them form beign razed down....

Railways often takes away land from farmers at govt decided rates...Roads are widened in lots of towns and cities... and houses and offices and razed down...

IS a temple of dargah or mosque more important then homes and offices?? And can we simply encroach a public property by building one??
Is religion more important than welfare and development??

And y dont we think rationally and behave rather emotionally when it comes to religion. Dont politicians and so called religious leaders exploit us in the name of same religion??

Is religion a symbol (a temple church or mosque) or is it a faith deep down there... for improvement of our society....

yes religion is important but not to the extent when one has to suffer without a home or food. so i agree with rohit khaitan.

Yes i agree with rohit khaitan but recently in Mumbai when they need to do something for improvement they don't do it suddenly. If they had to destroy mosques or temples they do it peacefully.

recently to increase road to allocate so much traffic they destroyed mosques, temples, churches, synagogues and gurudwaras peacefully and after the highways were built they built all these religious places somewhere else.

they built almost all the religious places and left are only some churches to rebuilt. Rest is all done.

this is how it should be done.

that is good that the indians can do it that quickly or it would take a lot more than talk to stop the people from rebelling.

dude you can do anything in India. You can take even 1000 years to make a small hut if you want and can do it in 1 day if you want.

anyways hopefully India can keep on climbing and should not slip and fall.
