Subhas Chandra Bose ( 23 January 1897 – 18 August 1945), affectionately called as Netaji, was founder of Indian National Army and one of the most prominent leaders of Indian freedom struggle. Netaji Jayanti (Jan 23) is celebrated as Desh Prem Divas in West Bengal, in the light of patriotism and love for country.
