Mr Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday took a dig at Opposition leader L K Advani for reportedly making public what was supposed to be a private conversation between the two.
Asked to comment on a report that Mr Advani, during a recent one-to-one interaction with him at the Delhi airport’s VIP lounge, had told Mr Gandhi that the Congress and BJP should treat each other as “political adversaries and not enemies”, the AICC general secretary quipped: “I am not in the business of making private conversation public”. Mr Gandhi was interacting with media at a luncheon meeting hosted by senior party leader Veerappa Moily here.
