Pacificor Taps New CEO After Klein Dies in Crash

Days after Pacificor LLC Chief Executive Michael Klein died in a plane crash in Panama, the hedge-fund company named portfolio manager Andy Mitchell to succeed him.

Mr. Klein died along with his daughter and the pilot in the crash of a private plane on a remote Panamanian mountain Sunday. One passenger survived. (See related story.)
