Gurgaon EC officials appeal people not to become 'pappu'

The election officials have appealed the residents here to not become 'pappus' and turn out in large numbers to vote during the upcoming Assembly elections scheduled on October 15 at Gurgaon.

"We are appealing people to not become 'pappus' particularly in the areas where the turnout has been traditionally low in past elections," said PS Chouhan, Returning Officer of Badshahpur assembly segment here.
