Ice Bucket Challenge is something that's creating a major buzz on social media.
This challenge was created by the ALS Association. They are spreading awareness and fighting the Amyotrophic lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease or Motor Neurone Disease in the UK.
Detail about this challenge: Douse yourself with a bucket of ice water, make the video of this process and post the video to social media. You also have to then nominate your friends to do the same.
And if you don't want freezing water on your body, you are asked to donate to an ALS charity.
This challenge has been undertaken by many of celebrities like Lady Gaga, Oprah Winfrey, Robert Downey Jr, Bill Gates, Gwen Stefani, Mark Zuckerberg, Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift and Cristiano Ronaldo among others.
