Hi Ridhimma, You may try what other members have suggested here. But in my opinion, you must go to weight loss specialist, only he/she can tell exact reason of weight gain and proper treatment. I can say this with my personal experience, I was overweight by 10 kgs. I went to gym for six months and tried every stuff like warm water, lemon and honey but there was no significant change in my weight. I don't want to look like I am promoting some clinic but I must recommend royalway slimming centre. Before actual treatment they perform required tests to find the real reason. And then prescribe a diet plan and some hormone balancing supplements. If needed also use advanced machines to reduce fat from different parts of the body.
