  • NASSCOM Survey - SME Charter: 2021-2022

he newly formed NASSCOM SME COUNCIL (2021-23) aims to build a deeper engagement with the SME community by curating relevant programs both at national as well as regional level. With that objective in mind, this survey is being planned to gain insights into main areas that concern an IT SME company today: Growth , Go to Market and Talent. The findings of the survey will be used to curate suitable programs & initiatives so as to deliver greater value to the member companies. Not just that, the council would like to use the survey findings as a catalyst to enable SME IT/ITES companies to grow to the next level and collectively derive value from the NASSCOM platform – knowledge dissemination & best practices, Networking & Connects, Customer connects, Policy Advocacy and Brand Building.

NASSCOM firmly believes that Tech SMEs can contribute tremendously when given the right support and is fully committed to develop a conducive environment where SMEs can realize their full potential and lead the way forward for a thriving IT industry. Together We Grow

The global pandemic hit every nation, disrupting business as usual for almost all the industries, causing others to rapidly pivot from in-person to digital and forcing millions of people into work-from-home situations, much of which is likely to persist well into 2021. For many companies, COVID-19 did deep damage, forcing leaders to adopt new strategies to weather the ongoing storm.
