Rakhi Sawant is one actress who always has one way or the other to stay in news. Getting emotional, or exposing too much or blabbering some rubbish………these are some tactics she uses to stay in news.

Everything she does seems so artificial and superficial that you do not know whether to laugh or to cry when she opens her mouth.

Sources reveal that the lady has decided to go unemotional in the New Year. She has decided to sober down in 2008

Well this statement has certainly brought the lady in limelight.

Also, she is in news for lodging a complaint against Star News, accusing them to be cheating the audiences, due to their alleged fake voting pattern.

The channel however, has not taken this allegation seriously.

“From now, Rakhi won’t cry, but will have people cry,” she roars.

Bold & beautiful Rakhi Sawant is a famous bollywood actress. The sensational Item number girl belongs to a middle class family in Mumbai; her father is a cop in Mumbai Police. While Rakhi was still in High School, she was approached for a role in ‘Agni Chakra’ and it was with this movie that she made her debut in Bollywood. Rakhi was encouraged by her mother who couldn’t fulfill her dream of becoming an actress and wanted her daughter to liveup to her dream. Rakhi acted in a couple of movies and began her career from the 14th year of her life as item girl in Govinda’s ‘Joru Ka Ghulam’. Rakhi underwent a complete makeover and was relaunched in ‘Chura Liya Hai Tumne’. Although, the actress had a small role in the movie, she got the opportunity to do an item number with Zayed Khan.

Since the beginning of her career, Rakhi Sawant has always maintained a very bold image and flaunts her hourglass figure in skimpy clothes, which was never accepted by her dad who finally asked the actress to leave his house. That didn’t stop Rakhi as she continued doing item numbers.

Rakhi is famous for her stage shows all across India and it was during one of her shows in the city of Kolhapur that she was charged for vulgarity. Rakhi made headlines when she filed a molestation case against Punjabi Pop Singer Mika who she claimed tried to forcibly kiss the actress. She has given us some remarkable lines,
Her view on plastic surgery was “Joh bhagwan nahi deta woh doctor deta hai”.
On the kiss controversy and song made on it she said ““Puppie ki kamai kha raha hai woh (Mika)”.

Rakhi is also launching the career of her director brother Rakesh who makes his debut with ‘Hot Money’. Rakhi is regarded as one of the best dancers in the industry and it is her talent and determination that has helped her gain ‘the perfect item number’ image.

Now the Questions are about To Rakhi's Publicity Stunt's:

I have been taking stock of Rakhi Sawant and Mika "Chumma-Chummi" episode and was intrigued to see how Indian electronic media and print media have been presenting it in an irresponsible and sensational manner without realizing and understanding the impact and implications on the society and new generation. It is pity and shame to observe that by overcasting and focusing on such trivial artists who seem to have no ethical standing, the electronic media has been giving them such undesirable attention. For example, this week Zeenews bombarded with photos of persons with doubtful characters Rakhi Sawant -Mika. Since there is strong competition among these TV news channels, Starnews also focused and showed the same scenes several times. It invited in its news program one journalist and one media publicity expert to draw inferences that this episode was very well pre-planned in order to gain cheap publicity stunt by these artists. Then the experts were quizzed, to what extent Rakhi and Mika will gain from this publicity stunt?

It looks to us that these news channels have left only two news items in their kit in order to woo viewers i.e. Bollywood scandals and Dawood Ibrahim and Abu Salim stories which they have telecasted thousands times. There is strong public perception that newschannels and print media have been playing substantial role in showing socially undesirable elements as national. HEROES". The disgraceful episode of Rakhi-Mika is similar to what used to happen in Mumbai ladies dance bars.

And the Stupid Questions are:

1. Who is this Rakhi Sawant? Is she a role model for Indian youth or a role model for journalists and reporters who feel proud to flash such news again and again about her.

Stars and artists have to meet several people in their profession like in any other profession. They attend parties also. But, I am asking what is this Page 3 party culture? Why she attends such parties when she knows that these are fraught to high risk? Being a lady she has certain boundaries too. From her talks and presentations, it clearly appears to us that she has no good educational background. By moving hips and body indecently, do they become great artists?

2. Who is this Mika or Sika or Tika? Is he a role model for Indian youth? His brother was also accused in so many scandals. If they are good artists, they should behave decently in public places. Their way of talking and actions in public places remind us the rustic humor of 18th century.

3. These episodes also remind us of the changing face of Indian society and the rapid deterioration in our society's traditional and ethical values. However, in this decline, electronic media also plays a key role. Many times, they forget that by showing such programs with big bang and funfare, what consequences and impact will it create on our children and youth who are already 'DISHAHIN' (lacking proper direction). Let me remind them :

"In India, media is a very powerful medium, especially the Satellite Television Channels. It is one of the most important factors that play a significant role in shaping public opinions, beliefs and disseminating correct information and knowledge with a huge responsibility on its shoulders. It has far reaching affects on societies, businesses, and governments."

4. Today, the electronic media attracts the best talent of the country. When talented people work in this industry, the society expects from them to act in more accountable manner and provide it those news stories which will increase their knowledge, sources of information and inculcate a feeling of responsibility towards the society. The low quality news stories such as about Rakhi Sawant and Mika may misguide them leading to increase in crime rates in the society. However, these electronic media are very much concerned about raising their TPR.

5. Many programs produced by these electronic media are also of high quality. Why can't they maintain all the time that standard?

6. These newschannels should understand that it is the common people, intellectuals, entrepreneurs, technical professionals who make up this nation and will take it forward to the 21st century and not by the people of doubtful characters.

Now the Next question is about to emotions:

“Most Controversial, Sensual and yet Emotional,” these were the words which Karan said for Rakhi Sawant. I am totally astonished the way Rakhi carried her self to the sofa, like a big actress and she was looking gorgeous with that halter neck blouse. She was real, bindaas and yes! She did made karan sweat (when she went to him, saying that he is her favourite director). When she was thanking Karan for inviting her on the show, you could see how genuine she was.
The great thing was Karan’s confession to Rakhi about how he use to make fun of her before and that how sorry he is today. At one point I think Rakhi and Karan were both on the verge of crying (both got emotional with Rakhi’s family background story). Rakhi is such a great entertainer that not for a second she made us felt that there is a need of another human being to share the sofa with her. She was able to pull the whole show on her own.

But according to my views She is Not so EMOTIONAL she only wants to pretend only.
