Auditions for the second Indian Idol have begun. Once again, it will be hosted by Mini Mathur and Aman Varma, and judged by Anu Malik, Farah Khan and Sonu Nigam.
Judges will choose 150 Idol aspirants from the thousands registered. In November, the judges will further whittle them down to 28 contestants.
Indian Idol is the desi version of American Idol, a music-based show in which viewers select the country’s pop idol who can sing and dance on stage.
The show will be started on November 14. Winner will get a contract worth Rs 1 crore.
