Favorite coffee?

I used to hate coffee, although I like the smell. That changed when my wife introduced me to the way the Turkish make coffee, with it being very finely ground and heated in a small, long-handled pan. I now enjoy ground mocha coffee done this way, but still can't stand instant. Are there other flavours or types of coffee I might enjoy?

I do not like really strong roasted coffee. Instant.. I will not touch either.

I tend to like 100% Ariabica mild to med. roast. I find it has a wonderful aroma and taste.

There are times I will drink a cup of Chocolate Cake flavored coffee...yummy!

My liking

I like the rich taste and aroma of expresso coffee because it is made of crushed seeds. My most favorite place is any South Indian resturant because only South indians know the real art of making it.
