I'm doing research to the balance between work and family of women in India. Combining a family life and making a career is especially for Inidian women still a very difficult issue. I'm investigating solutions how women can combine a job and a family life. Parttime work, flexible working hours, job-sharing or telework are options that will be discussed in my project.
In short, I'm looking for stories of maried women who are making a career; what are your experiences? How do you combine your family life with your work? I'm also looking for stories of women who have given up work life; what are the factors behind your decisions?
I would be thankful if anybody would share their experiences!
