BSNL has started broadband but download is limited.
How is download measured?
An average web page has some 100 or more KBs. So even if they offer 1GB download/upload a month this is not really very much and very soon you have exhausted your quota and are unwittingly paying for extra download time.
This is hardly transparent--at least that's how it seems so to me.
Perhaps someone can explain how downloading is calculated and whether 1 GB is sufficient for a user who spends a couple of hours daily on the net.
