    • Base your meals on starchy foods
    • Eat lots of fruit and veg
    • Eat more fish
    • Cut down on saturated fat and sugar
    • Eat less salt
    • Get active and be a healthy weight
    • Don't get thirsty
    • Donít skip breakfast

    Make it habit to the below Tips.

    1)Drink more water (5 to 6 ltr)

    2)Do Pranayam Yoga every day.

    3)Do daily jogging for 40 minutes.

    4)Do heavy breakfast in the morning.

    5)Have fruits in Afternoon.

    6)In Dinner have very lite food.
