In Hindu religion, Lord Ganesha place is very emminent. No work is started without praying to God. Blessing are seeked for the prospertiy and good luck.
Special offering include -"ladoos, rice and saffron".

A symbol of lord "Ganesha" is drawn at every prominent site. In all Indian cultures, God is worshipped with great honor.

A special occasion is celebrated in honor of Lord. It is popularly known as "Ganapati festival". Long days before, preparations are made. Idols, whether big or small are made by number of artisans.

Special decks are errected at all prominent places and pooja is performed.
The thrill and excitement continues till a number of days and in the end, idols are immersed in the lakes or sea. It is time when emotional scenes are witnessed while departing.
