Recently Delhi High Court has held in the case of CIT Vs. s Maruti Suzuki (India) Limited (WP (Civil) no. 5003/2013 dated : 21.02.2014 that ITAT has no power to grant stay beyond 365 days in light of third proviso to Sec. 254(2A) inserted by Finance Act, 2008.
No benefit u/s 80D if Mediclaim Premium paid in cash. Preventive health check up amount upto 5000 can be paid in cash. Cash donation u/s 80G only upto 10000.
W.e.f 01-4-2014, Credit of Service Tax on service used by 1 or more units solely making/providing exempted goods/ services, not to be distributed. (Notification 5 of 24-02-14.)
