MCA is issuing Show Cause Notice U/s. 266G of Companies Act 1956 for holding Multiple Director Identification Number (DIN).
MCA has made amendments in the Companies (Registration of Charges) Rules, 2014 and notified, which shall come into force from the date of notification.
