Healthy juices are a great snack to tide you over between meals. All you need is a blender, fresh fruits or vegetables and milk. Juices will not only fill you up but are also healthy.
Watermelon Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup watermelon cut into cubes/ 1 cucumber cut into slices
5 Lemon wedges
10 mint leaves
A pinch of rock salt
1 litre of water
Method:
1. Mash the watermelon/cucumber, lemon wedges and mint leaves together.
2. In a pitcher or a jar, add the mixture and to it add one litre of water.
3. Refrigerate for one night, let the flavours and vitamins steep in, and enjoy this refreshing drink daily.

Orange, lemon and basil
Pineapple, lychee, ginger and mint
