    I recently wrote about the one metric that matters in customer support on the Freshdesk blog.

    We have talked about how customer support has been growing in importance and how businesses are no longer satisfied with just helping customers. Today, we use more metrics to track customer support than NASA does for a mission to Mars (and that is not a very easy thing to do).
