Duties & Responsibilities:
1)Understanding Customer Requirements.
2)Developing Unique Designs and Web Sites for customers.
3)Maintain the Websites and constantly update.
4)Develop a unique USP for each customer.
5)Develop Flash Presentation for Internal Customers.
In terms of :
Knowledge: Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver ,Programming Knowledge,
CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)HTML, XHTML
Skills: Stretching oneself to achieve Org Goals, Ready to Switch roles . Communication Skills, Understanding Customer Requirements
Attitude: Positive Attitude, Ready to take up any challenge, and ready to work in Ad-hoc condition.
CTC: Best in the Industry as per exp.
