  • Mahendra Singh Dhoni retires from Test cricket

    Dhoni has played 90 Tests and scored 4,876 runs. He has taken 256 catches and registered 38 stumpings. MS Dhoni is a one of the India's best captains; he is decided to call time on his Test career with immediate effect in the wake of India's series defeat against Australia. “Dhoni has chosen to retire from Test cricket with immediate effect in order to concentrate on ODI and T20 formats. BCCI while respecting the decision of Dhoni to retire from Test wishes to thank him for his enormous contribution to Test cricket and the laurels that he has brought to India.”

                If we look at the score chart of test Cricket of Mahi,he played 90 Tests in which he scored 4876 runs at an average of 38.09, with six hundreds and 33 fifties. He captained India in 60 of those Tests, winning a record 27 matches while losing 18 and drawing 15.

                      To go off at prime of career needs guts and this man has it. He did wonderful job and hopefully he will do wonders in the next 2 formats he will be playing in.

                            Hello guys..is that so ? I am not sure but India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has his final chat with the media at the conclusion of the third Test in Melbourne, but gives nothing away about his shock retirement. Anyways if it is India will remember his all contribution he brought to India.

                              well this is the sad news for all cricket lovers i think this is not right time for retirement from test because you have ability to do more dhoni but we all respect your decision. you are the best captain in Indian cricket history.
