  • Brain Drain

Brain Drain is an immigration of talented people to other countries. They move to other countries because of opportunities they get in other countries..good money, good incentives.
This is a big problem in developing countries..like india where well talented professionals move to other countries..most of our IITIANS move to other countries. Software companies come to recruit our talented people and take them along..and students also prefer to work for them.

It's an unwritten law of nature that the one who utilizes the resources will grow and become successful. The Western countries seem to have understood this law more accurately than any others. Not that there is no native talent in Western countries, it's just that they are willing to bring in talent from outside too which has doubled their chance of growth and success.

On the other hand, talent knows no boundaries and it always moves in the direction of success. Our society is riddled with corrupt and selfish politics, caste and religious issues and imbalnces created by unequal social classes which account for the situation our country is in now. We know how to win debates on these issues but we are not well equipped to implement anything and to my little knowledge it seems that only a sanitized political system can bring about some relief to the paralysed state of the country.
