    The country’s favourite 2-minute snack might soon be banned.he Lucknow Food Safety and Drug Administration has found Maggi to contain monosodium glutamate (MSG) and lead in amounts that exceed the permissible limit. Maggi was found to contain 17 parts per million of lead, enormously crossing the permissible limit of mere 0.01 parts per million of lead. MSG and Lead cause nausea, headaches, burning sensation of the mouth and neck and upset stomach.Nestle, the manufacturer of the noodle snack, denied the allegations, and said they don’t add MSG to the product at all.

    This is very bad people should stop eating products like maggi. It may lead to many dangerous diseases in long term.

      MSG acts like a slow poison and so every product containing MSG must be banned.

            msg is very dangerous for humans health. Its an agent to make our brain become addictive to whichever product includes it. It's in everything. Even in Lay's chips all junk food contains it and it's not banned.

              Against Lifting Ban On Maggi Noodles Food Regulator Moves SC

              FSSAI, Food regulator moved the Supreme Court against the Bombay high court order lifting the ban on Maggi noodles in the country. It had illuminated that these samples would be taken out of the 750 samples conserved by the company following the ban and if lead content was found below permitted limits by the three labs, Nestle India will be authorized to manufacture Maggi noodles.

                Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) had banned Maggi noodles saying it was “unsafe and hazardous” for consumption after finding lead levels beyond permissible limits, following which the company had withdrawn it from the market.
