Notification
Delhi DVAT Department had issued a notification No. 1203-1213 dated 11.2.2013 notifying and prescribing Form AR-1, manner and period for Audit u/s 49 of DVAT Act r/w DVAT Rule 42A for certain of dealers i.e. Dealers whose gross turnover was equal to or exceeded Rs. 10 Crore in financial year 2011-12 or in any subsequent year, and also providing exemption to two class of dealers. This notification is applicable for the year 2012-13, therefore, for the year 2012-13 theaudit report is to be obtained and filed with the DVAT department in duplicate by 15.11.2013.
