Dahi meethi hai ya meetha hai ?

Hello,
I have been quarrelling with my friends on whether "dahi meethi hai" or as they say "dahi meetha hai".
I say its meethi because dahi is femminie. Similarly we also say "dahit khatti ho gayi hai"

Could anyone please tell me whether its meethi ya meetha in shud hindi. I asked many people but getting mixed opinions. So if someone could give a logical answer it would be very much appreciated.
