  • 2 Indians Among 14 Dead In Storm Kabul Guest House

Two Indians and an American were among 14 killed when gunmen stormed a guest in Kabul, trapping several foreigners in a seven-hour overnight siege. Six Indians were in the building at the time; three have been moved to safety but one is still missing.A concert by well-known Afghan classical singer Altaf Hussain was about to begin at the guest house when the gunfire started. The attack comes a day after a visit to Kabul by Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, who pledged to support Afghanistan in its battle against the Taliban, saying "the enemies of Afghanistan cannot be the friends of Pakistan."

Really very sad... why don't police or soldiers take care of guest houses and how long will these activities continue?

It seems to the peerless cause of human conflict which invariably leads to massacres.

No one immediately claimed responsibility for the attack, though the Taliban have attacked guesthouses before in Kabul.
