HI.. Punjab is not sharing the budget for Panjab University, but claiming it belongs to Punjab. The entire expense was borne by the Centre government, which is why they decided to bring PU under their jurisdiction.

Now the matter is sorted out and its it will remain in the hands of Punjab.
