Lucknow: In a major breakthrough, the Special Task Force (STF) of Uttar Pradesh Police on Saturday arrested two Harkat-ul-Jehad-al-Islami(HuJI) militants from the adjoining Barabanki district, who are believed to be the mastermind behind the November 23 serial bomb blasts in three district courts of the state.
