    Chef Manish Mehrotra's Indian Accent has been crowned yet again as India's best restaurant, with The Bombay Canteen at number 2. The Delhi restaurant was displaced last year by the Mumbai's favourite restaurant, but has reclaimed its spot at the third edition of Condé Nast Traveller & Himalayan Top Restaurant Awards.
