    Everyone says exercise but before jump into that, start from the scratch. Fitness not just about physical activity fitness comes with the healthy mind the more you happy the more your physical activity work.

    Here are few tips to get fit:-

    1 stay positive

    2 drink plenty of water in a correct way (follow yoga_construe on instagram) I learn from there.

    3 do some yoga asana toe touch, mountain pose, Surya namaskar.

    4 eat right (vegetables and fruits) to get the essential nutrients

    5 sound sleep .
