The Research Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is one of the technical committees set up in 1955 with a view to undertake research activities to improve the quality of services rendered by the profession. The primary objective of Research Committee is to undertake research in the field of accounting and other affiliated areas with a view to enhance the value of services rendered by the profession.
We are happy to inform you that the Research Committee has launched ‘ICAI Research Project Scheme 2021’ to encourage our experienced members and research scholars or faculty of reputed academic institutes to take up research projects in the areas of accounting, fiscal and economic issues for the benefit of society at large. In this view, Research Committee is inviting research proposals on the following thrust areas:
The above list does not indicate that an impending applicant must propose for the projects included in the list given above. Applicants may apply for other projects also provided that the subject selected is contemporary and relevant in the current environment.
