    Indeed, Dilip Kumar was an incredible entertainer.     The Government of India respected him with the Padma Bhushan in 1991, the Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 1994 and India's second most noteworthy non military personnel grant, the Padma Vibhushan in 2015 for his commitments towards Indian film and named him to Rajya Sabha, the upper place of Indian Parliament for a term. The Government of Pakistan respected him with its most elevated non military personnel honor, the Nishan-e-Imtiaz, in 1997.
