Shilpa I can provide you 1000 tips to break good habits but keeping good habits is really a very difficult task I have tried alot but failed ,

To build a good habit, try to be determinant and very first make a target of short term to retain it and then keep it up for long term. Because when we think for long term we can't implement just for few days. So make short term plan to achieve any goal in your life.Last edited by priti rani; 09-03-2015, 02:42 PM.
