Default Bihar Elections

The PM has recomended that the people of bihar to "Vote in large numbers". It has been reported that one-fifth of the people voted today on the first crucial day of elections in which the BJP makes a bid to bag another big state and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's "Grand Alliance" attempts to thwart those plans.

Post In Third Phase Of Bihar Polls Voters Come In Large Number

Voting started in Bihar for 50 seats in the high-stake third phase of the five-phase Assembly polls, which has RJD president Lalu Prasad’s two sons as candidates, this morning amid tight security arrangement. And this time huge numbers of voters are voting for their desired contestant.

RJD chief Lalu Prasad, his wife Rabri Devi and daughter Misa Bharti cast their vote at Patna’s Veterinary College ground booth. Prominent candidates include two sons of Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad, contesting from Raghopur and Mahua constituencies of Vaishali district.

Post According to Arvind Kejriwal that BJP loses in Bihar

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said it was important that the BJP loses the assembly elections in Bihar so that it realizes that “hate politics” will not work in the country.

The last phase of the Bihar polls will be held on November 5. The results will be out on November 8.Kejriwal who also asked people in Delhi to call up their relatives in Bihar and ask them make to vote for Nitish Kumar.

Across nine districts voting was stable on Thursday morning near about 11.23% casting their vote in the first two hours of the fifth and final phase of the Bihar assembly elections This final phase is important for chief minister Nitish Kumar and his associates RJD leader Lalu Prasad and the Congress as well as the NDA in the intense fight to manage the 243-seat Bihar assembly.

Post Final Bihar Elections Result

The BJP-led NDA in Bihar to score a massive win two-thirds mass in the Assembly giving Chief Minister Nitish Kumar a third term in office in a fight in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi risk his all. BJP on its own got 53 seats out of 157 it contested while its allies also put up a poor show. LJP, led by Ram Vilas Paswan, and RLSP of Upendra Kushwaha got two seats each. Former Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi’s HAM won only one of the two seats he contested and lost in all the 19 others it fought in.

As as Bihar’s 35th chief minister JD leader Nitish Kumar will today take pledge. Nitish Kumar is becoming Bihar’s chief minister 5th time at Patna’s iconic Gandhi Maidan in the existence of many political leaders from across the country.
