Income tax department to send one time passwords and include aadhar to ease taxpayer e-filing / CBDT to introduce a new customer verification system.
Under new Companies Act 2013, the company cannot accept, deposit (Loan) from any person other than director of the company. If the company which has already accepted loan (or already taken loan) from a person who is not a director (for eg. shareholders/ relatives/ outside party/ partnership firm/HUF etc) will be treated as deposit and need to repay before 31st March 2015.
SEBI in its board meeting has approved the following proposals for improving the governance and transparency in the working of listing entities:
SEBI (International Financial Service Centre) guidelines, 2015.
Conversion of debt into equity by banks and financial institutions.
Review of continuous disclosure requirement for listed entities.
SEBI (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities by Municipality) regulations, 2015
Amendment to SEBI (Mutual Fund) regulations 1996 regarding managing/ advising of offshore pooled funds by local fund managers.
Comm VAT has assured to extend the date for e-filing of DP-1 till 28.04.2015- Team STBA.
Customs no., IEC, VAT/CST no., CIN, Excise no.. must for ST Application. Amendment application for existing cases not specified. Order 1/2015-Service Tax of 28.02.2015.
Customs no, IEC, VAT/CST no, CIN, ST no must for Excise Application. File amendment application by 31.05.2015. [Notification 7/2015-CE (NT) of 01-03-2015].
