It's raining jobs in BPO

Although the recent falling of IT stocks gives a different picture, the BPO's in India find no threat to their business. A recent report by a leading portal says the top 10 BPO's in India recruits around 10,000 people each quarter.A.T. Kearney study shows the compensation given for call center employees in India have increased 11.5% in the last three years, where as compensation for a software project manager has increased by only 8.7% in the same period. The report by TOI suggests that the outsourcing business in India is all set to roll again
